By downloading, installing, or using the ChaloChalo application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. User Responsibilities
As a user of ChaloChalo, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Be respectful to other users, publishers, and travellers.
- Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Ride Sharing Rules
ChaloChalo is a platform connecting ride publishers with empty seats to travellers travelling the same way. We do not provide transportation services ourselves.
- Ride publishers must hold a valid driving license and insurance.
- Travellers must pay the agreed cost contribution to the publisher.
- Cancellations should be made as early as possible to minimize inconvenience.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ChaloChalo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
